The program

90-Day Growth Engine.

A brand management engine built and running in three months, for women leaders who need their voice heard and their work seen.

Who it is for

Women leaders doing the work, still not cutting through the noise.

This program is most helpful for coaches and consultants who are primarily booked by referral. Founders and CEOs with companies that are solid but invisible. Creators with an audience but no engine supporting it.

The common thread is that your work is already performing well, but new clients can’t easily locate you.

How it runs

Five phases, ninety days

Each one feeds the next. Skip any of the first three and the fourth is guesswork.

01

Audit

What you already have

  • Your site, channels, every piece of marketing you have run, and what happened to it.
  • Your digital footprint, how you show up in search and AI answers, and where you do not show up at all.
  • Your current process for finding and landing clients, including the parts that only exist in your head.

You will almost certainly already own things that work. Finding those is cheaper than building new ones.

02

Research

Your market, not a template

  • Your competitors, what they are doing, and where they are leaving room.
  • What actually works in your specific industry, rather than what works in marketing generally.
  • Your own history, the clients you have loved, and what they had in common.

This is the phase most people skip, and it is where most of the answers come from.

03

Recommendations

The plan proposed, before anything is built

  • A written plan built from the audit and research, not from a pre-existing template.
  • The specific channels chosen for what you sell.
  • What metrics are measured, so we can tell later whether it worked.

You approve this before a single thing goes live. Nothing is implemented that you have not approved.

04

Implementation

Let’s put the plan into action

  • Outbound component, so you reach the right people directly.
  • Inbound component, so clients can find you in a quick search, AI answers, and through earned coverage.
  • The assets, accounts, sequences, and tracking, all set up and running.

Most consultants stop at phase three and hand you a plan. I stick around to implement the strategy, collect data, and make any necessary adjustments.

05

Optimize

Tuned against real results

  • What is producing and what is not, measured on leads rather than traffic.
  • The engine adjusted based on preliminary data and results.
  • A written blueprint of what works for you specifically, so it stays running after the 90 days are up.

At the end of this you own all of it, and you choose who runs it.

The deliverables

Everything below is yours. Not licensed, not rented, not held on my accounts.

Research

Competitor, market and industry research in full, not a summary of it.

Audit

Every channel, your site, your footprint and your process, written down.

Brand Management Plan

Built from both, approved by you before anything went live.

Engine

Built and running. Outbound and inbound components.

Accounts

In your name, with your logins. I work inside them, I do not own them.

Blueprint

A written guide of what works for you, so you or your team can keep it running.

Month 1

Audit and research

I go through everything you have and everything your market is doing. You do not need to do much in this month beyond answering questions only you can.

Month 2

Approve, build, launch

You approve the plan, then I build and launch. Quick approvals mean a faster launch. Cold outreach starts slightly behind the rest, because sending domains need warming first.

Month 3

Optimize

We tune against real results, and I write the blueprint. By the end of this month, the engine is running and generating data.

Leads typically start arriving around day 60. When they sign depends on your own sales cycle, so I cannot put a date on retained business.

The fork in the road

You choose who runs it.

Path one

You run it

You keep the engine and the blueprint, and you or your team carry it forward. You own all of it either way, so this costs nothing further.

Path two

I run it

I keep running and optimising the engine every month, for less than the program itself. Useful if you would rather spend your time on the work than on the upkeep.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I do not like the plan you come back with?

We change it. Phase three exists as a gate for exactly this reason. Nothing is built until you have read the plan and approved it. If the first version won’t work, it is far cheaper to find that out on paper than after it is live.

Can I skip the audit and go straight to building the engine?

You can, but I would rather you not. The audit is usually where I find something you already own that works, which is better than building an entirely new thing. Skipping the first three phases means the fourth one is guesswork, and guesswork is what most people have already tried.

Do I need a website before we start?

Not to start. The audit will tell us whether your site is the bottleneck. If it is, a redesign is available as an add-on rather than something I insist on, and plenty of engines run perfectly well on a site that is merely fine.

How much of my time does this take?

Most of it is required in the first month, answering the questions only you can, and in second month approving the plan. After that it is light. Quick approvals are the one thing that genuinely speeds up your launch.

What if day 90 arrives and nothing has closed yet?

Leads usually start arriving around day 60, but when they sign is governed by your sales cycle, not by me. If your cycle runs long, the engine can be working properly and the revenue still lands after the ninety days. That is why I report on leads rather than on closed business.

I already have a marketing person. Does that change anything?

It usually makes it better. They know things about your business that could take me weeks to learn, and at the end they are the ones who inherit the blueprint. I would rather build it with them than around them.
